Dr. Terrezza

Dr. Terrezza has been in practice for over 40 years and takes great pride in being one of the top well known Optometrists in the Florida Panhandle along the Gulf Coast. Through out his career he has been able to expand his practice by opening multiple locations from Santa Rosa, Escambia, and Baldwin Counties. Primary eye care is his prime concern. Contact lenses and specialty fits for keratoconus and bifocals are a significant part of his practice. Dr. Terrezza finds it especially important to stay up to date with the newest eye care technology to assist patients with specialty testing, diagnosing, and treatment of Glaucoma, Dry Eye Syndrome, Macular Degeneration, and other common eye diseases.

Dr. T was past president of the West Florida Optometric Association, school board member for Ruby Gainer Charter School, board member of OOGP optical, and has one son who is a graduate of FSU and a practicing attorney in the Pensacola area.

Dr. Cobb

Dr. Cobb specializes in modern primary eye care including comprehensive eye exams, and contact lens fits. Pediatric patients are a large part of his practice as he accepts patients six months and up. While keeping up with the latest in eye care technology to properly diagnose and treat many eye diseases such as glaucoma and dry eye, he also manages patients with pre- and post-operative consults. 

He graduated as Salutatorian from Straughn High School in Andalusia, AL. in 2003, before becoming a graduated Summa Cum Laude from Troy University with a B.S. in Chemistry in 2007and attended UAB School of Optometry where he was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa honor society. 

Dr. Cobb graduated in 2011 along with his wife, Amanda whom he met in Optometry School. They now reside in Daphne, Alabama with their three daughters.  Dr. Cobb enjoys spending time with his family and coaching his daughter’s softball team.

Dr. Corredor

Dr. Oscar H. Corredor is an Honor Graduate of the former Apprentice Optometry Specialist School with the U.S. Air Force and served our country in various roles and locations as an optometric technician. He went on to pursue an optometric education and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1999.  He continued his education and graduated with honors in 2003 from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, Oklahoma where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree.

Dr. Corredor was commissioned as an officer in 2003 with the U.S. Army as a recipient of a Health Promotions Scholarship Program and became a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, Class of 2004.   He proudly served our country as a staff optometrist and Chief of Optometry Services at Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri and deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom to Afghanistan and Kosovo.

Dr. Corredor separated from the U.S. Army in 2006 to pursue private practice in Illinois, Missouri and Iowa and answered the call to serve our country once again and was commissioned in 2010 through direct accession in the U.S. Air Force.  He served as an aerospace optometrist and supervisor with the Air Force in multiple locations to include California, Haiti, Honduras and Mississippi.   He completed his military career in July, 2019 and moved to the Pensacola area where he now resides with his wife Kenley, his son, Calvert, and daughter, Evianna.  During his free time he loves spending time with his family and friends, playing/coaching soccer, playing blues on the guitar and hanging out at the beach.

He has a vast experience in primary eye care and pediatric optometry, contact lenses, co-managing refractive surgery (LASIK and PRK) and traumatic eye injuries.  He has lectured on ocular matters at national and international conventions and is a current member of the American Optometric Association, the Armed Forces Optometric Society and the American Academy of Optometry.

Dr. Bell

Dr. Troy Bell has been practicing in the Panhandle of Florida for the past 17 years.  Before that, he attended the University of Alabama where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology.  From there, he continued his education at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee where he received his Doctorate of Optometry in 2005.  

Dr. Bell understands the importance of maintaining a high level of patient care and customer service.  Dr. Bell provides full scope patient care including comprehensive eye exams, ‘difficult to fit’ contact lenses, ocular disease and pre & post-operative management of: cataract, oculoplastic, and refractive surgery (lasik) patients. In addition, Dr. Bell provides treatment and management of glaucoma, dry eye syndrome (DES), computer vision syndrome (CVS) as well as other posterior segment diseases such as macular degeneration (ARMD).

Dr. Bell is board certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry (NBEO). Has performed Clinical Rotations at The Eye Center in Memphis, Tennessee. He is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) as well as the West Florida Optometric Association (WFOA). In his free time, Dr. Bell enjoys playing golf, fishing, watching college football (Roll Tide!) and being outdoors

 

Dr. Bellard

Dr. Ian A. Bellard is a Pensacola native and graduate of Pensacola Highschool International Baccalaureate program.  He attended the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Biology.  After working in the eyecare industry for two years, Dr. Bellard continued his education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry where he earned his Doctorate of Optometry degree.  Dr. Bellard graduated from UAB magna cum laude and is a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society.  He is also a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) as well as the Florida Optometric Association (FOA).

Dr. Bellard is passionate about both medical and refractive eye care for people of all ages and backgrounds.  He provides full scope eye care including comprehensive exams, contact lens fittings, medical visits and pediatric exams.  Dr. Bellard seeks to make eye care a positive experience for the whole family and to address each patient’s unique vision problems individually to better serve their needs.

In his free time, Dr. Bellard enjoys spending time with his family, frequenting the beach, and watching Gator football

Dr. Sahawneh

Dr. Andrew Sahawneh is a native of Mobile, Alabama. After attending Murphy High school, he received his bachelor’s degree in biology and a post-graduate in biochemistry at the University of South Alabama. Dr. Sahawneh graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry in 2018. After graduation, he completed an optometric residency with speciality training in ocular disease and minor surgical procedures at the Chinle Indian Health Service hospital in Chinle, Arizona on the Navajo Reservation.

His focus is comprehensive eye exams including general vision care with glasses and contact lens fittings, but his passion for the diagnosis, treatment and management of a wide variety of ocular disease conditions. This includes specialty soft and hard contact lenses, dry eye, glaucoma, monitoring of diabetic eye disease and macular degeneration, among many others.

Dr. Sahawneh met his wife, now Dr. Hannah Sahawneh, at UAB while in school. He likes Alabama football, the Florida beaches, as well as the incredible seafood it has to offer.

Dr. Sahawneh

Dr. Sahawneh, along with her three siblings, grew up on a small horse ranch in Iowa. She attended Iowa State University of Science and Technology, where she received a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a minor in Public Health. There, she worked for the Iowa State football team and to this day enjoys college athletics.

She later attended the University of Alabama School of Optometry in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Sahawneh was very active in the American Optometric Student Association and worked her way up to local American Optometric Student Association president, as well as serving as the University of Alabama School of Optometry student body president. In 2017, Dr. Sahawneh was selected by the Onesight foundation to travel to Tanzania for a mission trip, in order to provide eye care and materials to several hundred patients. She also attended national and local congressional conferences and maintained leadership roles within student associations, leading to her being awarded the American Optometric Student Association’s first National Student of the Year in 2018. Additionally, she was awarded the Jess Boyd Eskridge Clinical Excellence Award from the University of Alabama School of Optometry. She currently serves on the board of the West Florida Optometric Association.
Dr. Sahawneh completed general and ocular disease training at the Tuscaloosa Veteran’s Affair hospital, has worked at multiple private practices and has been trained in advanced contact lenses.

She completed higher level residency training in Ocular Disease at the Gallup Indian Medical Center in Gallup, New Mexico, serving the Navajo Nation. There she treated and co-managed an extensive amount of ocular disease, trauma, diabetes, glaucoma and anterior segment. She regularly performed specialty and medical contact lens fittings, as well as routine contact lens fittings. She manages many pediatric diseases including amblyopia and strabismus and has a special love for pediatric patients and their families. Additionally, she is certified in ophthalmic lasers and injections and minor surgical procedures.
